Got the Package on time, the packaging was easy too open. I swear half the packaging these days is impossible to open and you feel like you are going to damage something when trying to open it. I like to be able to open my product without cutting myself in the process. Many times when I am getting something I open it and they have directions in about 20 languages. with this product the Directions were all english and had little pictures so they were easy to follow. I didn't actually need the directions myself because I found it pretty easy to use. this is just for those who are not necessarily good with technology and might need some help.
